על האפליקציה
האפליקציה מאפשרת כתיבה ועריכה של מילים ואקורדים, ניהול ספריית שירים, ייבוא וייצוא קבצים, הדפסה ושימוש במצב הופעה. תנאים אלה חלים על השימוש באתר ובאפליקציה.
אחריות לתוכן השירים
האתר, האפליקציה ומפעיליהם אינם אחראים לתוכן השירים שהמשתמש כותב, מזין, מייבא, שומר או משתף, לרבות מילים, אקורדים, שמות ופרטים נוספים, בכפוף לכל דין. האחריות לתוכן השירים ולשימוש שנעשה בהם היא של המשתמש בלבד.
שמירה, גיבוי ואובדן מידע
שמירת השירים ותוכנם, יצירת גיבויים ובדיקת תקינותם הן באחריות המשתמש בלבד. הספרייה נשמרת בדפדפן ובמכשיר שבו נעשה השימוש, ואין סנכרון אוטומטי בין מכשירים. ניקוי נתוני דפדפן, תקלה, מחיקה או החלפת מכשיר עלולים להביא לאובדן מידע. יש לייצא גיבויים באופן סדיר ולשמור אותם גם במקום נוסף. בכפוף לדין, האתר, האפליקציה ומפעיליהם אינם אחראים לאובדן, מחיקה, שיבוש או אי־שמירה של שירים ותוכן, ואינם מתחייבים לשחזרם.
זכויות יוצרים ושימוש מותר
יש להזין, לייבא, להעתיק, להדפיס או לשתף תוכן רק כאשר יש למשתמש זכויות או הרשאה מתאימה, או כשהשימוש מותר לפי דין. השימוש באפליקציה אינו מקנה זכויות בשירים של אחרים או רישיון לביצוע פומבי שלהם. הזכויות בתוכן נשארות בידי בעלי הזכויות הרלוונטיים.
שימוש תקין
אין להשתמש באפליקציה לצורך בלתי חוקי, להפרת זכויות, לפגיעה באחרים או לשיבוש פעילות השירות. המשתמש אחראי לבדוק את התוכן ואת הקבצים שהוא מייבא ולשמור על המכשיר והגיבויים שלו.
זמינות ודיוק
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא, ללא התחייבות לזמינות רציפה, היעדר תקלות או התאמה לכל מכשיר או צורך. יש לבדוק את המילים, האקורדים, שינויי הטון והתוצאה לפני הדפסה, שיתוף או הופעה. בכפוף לדין, לא תחול אחריות לנזק הנובע מהסתמכות על השירות או מהפרעה בפעולתו. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות או מאחריות שלא ניתן להגביל לפי דין.
פרטיות, קבצים וקישורים
תוכן ספריית השירים נשמר מקומית בדפדפן. קובצי הייצוא אינם מוגנים בסיסמה; יש לשמור אותם ולהעבירם בזהירות. קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים כפופים לתנאים ולמדיניות של אותם אתרים. פנייה בדוא״ל כוללת את המידע שהמשתמש בוחר לשלוח, ולכן אין לצרף מידע רגיש שאינו נדרש לטיפול בפנייה.

About the app
The app provides tools for editing lyrics and chords, managing a song library, importing and exporting files, printing and Performance Mode. These terms apply to use of the website and app.
Responsibility for song content
To the extent permitted by law, the website, app and their operators are not responsible for songs or other content users write, enter, import, save or share, including lyrics, chords, names and other details. Users alone are responsible for their song content and how they use it.
Saving, backups and data loss
Users alone are responsible for saving their songs and content, creating backups and checking that backups work. The library is stored in the browser on the device being used, with no automatic synchronization between devices. Clearing browser data, faults, deletion or changing devices may cause data loss. Export backups regularly and keep an additional copy elsewhere. To the extent permitted by law, the website, app and their operators are not liable for loss, deletion, corruption or failure to save songs or content, and do not undertake to restore them.
Copyright and permitted use
Only enter, import, copy, print or share content when you have the required rights or permission, or when the use is permitted by law. Using the app does not grant rights in other people’s songs or a licence to perform them publicly. Content rights remain with their respective holders.
Appropriate use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, infringement, harming others or disrupting the service. Users are responsible for checking imported content and files and for protecting their devices and backups.
Availability and accuracy
The service is provided as is, without a commitment to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or suitability for every device or purpose. Check lyrics, chords, transpositions and results before printing, sharing or performing. To the extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for damage arising from reliance on the service or interruptions to it. These terms do not restrict rights or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Privacy, files and external links
Song library content is stored locally in the browser. Exported files are not password-protected; store and transfer them carefully. External websites have their own terms and policies. Email enquiries include the information you choose to send, so do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for handling your enquiry.
